Created to honor Jason, a proud SJH graduate who loved his community. This scholarship awards two seniors who demonstrate strong character and a commitment to service.
Requirements
Must be a graduating senior from San Juan High School in Blanding, UT.
Submission of the following documents:
A student introduction
A letter of recommendation from a non-family member
Essay on the provided topic
